ResumeDesk ("we," "us") is an AI Career Copilot. You build one verified Career Profile, and we help you turn it into job-specific application materials — a tailored resume, a Job Match Analysis, an ATS Intelligence report, and an Application Copilot bundle (cover letter, outreach email, interview prep). ResumeDesk is not a job board, a recruiter, or a guarantee of employment outcomes.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. You may sign up with an email/password or with Google Sign-In. You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your country to create an account; this service is not directed at children under 16.
ResumeDesk's core promise is that AI-generated content is traceable back to what you told us — we never invent skills, employers, dates, or achievements on your behalf. In turn, you agree that the information you enter into your Career Profile (work history, education, skills, certifications) is accurate and your own. Generating application materials based on fabricated information violates these Terms and may result in suspension.
Job Match Analyses, resume suggestions, ATS scores, and Application Copilot content are generated using AI (including a third-party large language model) based on your Career Profile and the job description you provide. This content is a drafting aid, not professional career, legal, or employment advice. Every AI suggestion is presented for your review — nothing is written into your resume automatically. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything you ultimately submit to an employer.
ResumeDesk offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan, billed monthly or annually through Stripe (most regions) or Razorpay (India), in the currency shown at checkout. Pro subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from Account Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown before you pay and may change with advance notice; changes don't apply retroactively to a period you've already paid for.
You agree not to: use ResumeDesk to generate fraudulent or deliberately misleading application materials; attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security controls; scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the service; upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful to others; or use automated means to create accounts beyond normal personal use.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, including confirmed misuse of the AI pipeline or fraudulent billing activity. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings; this immediately signs you out and schedules your data for deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
ResumeDesk is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that using the product will result in interviews or job offers, that ATS scores predict real-world applicant tracking system behavior with certainty, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI outputs can be imperfect — always review generated content before using it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeDesk and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost job opportunities. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-product notice before they take effect. Continuing to use ResumeDesk after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
